I enjoyed my day off yesterday. I puttered around, made a roast chicken dinner and homemade ice cream, got some laundry done, did some dishes, but I really had no agenda other than to enjoy the day and my family, and to focus on God. It really was a pleasant day.
J is feeling much better, but N came down with the crud on Saturday night and now has an ear infection to go with it. I'm hoping we all get over this stuff and stay well for Mum's visit in a couple of weeks.
